Our standard shipping method is via Canada Post. We try to ship as fast as we can (no more than a few days), but when we are experiencing a shortage, shipping might take longer.
Because we want you to be happy with each and every purchase, you may return any item you purchased from Xerion Dispensary for a full refund of applicable charges within 15 days of the date of invoice, provided the items are in original new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact. Items that are broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item in error. Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to Xerion Dispensary immediately. All goods held by the customer for more than 30 days cannot be returned. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We sincerely want you to be happy with the items you purchase at Xerion Dispensary each and every time. If you have any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
